Our house has been very quiet for the past few months, one thing that always helps Kathy and I get by each day, is a story about Kate. Being her Dad i have the distinct advantage of having many hours of video from age 1 to age 14. I am going thru those and will be putting some of the best clips here for you, her friends and family, to enjoy. Feb 23, 2005 - Dad
I saw a monkey climb a tree ...I said that to Kate when she was 2 or 3 and she laughed so hard milk came out of her nose. I think i told her that story 100 times as she grew up...It's the simple things i miss most when it comes to Kate. It's easy to think of things to be sad about, like her not seeing the Red Sox finally win, or the Patriots do it again, or Making it Right playing with Suffrin Blye, who could have imagined all of the things that are now true ? Gee, she never even got to have an ipod, if she were here, it wouldn't have taken me 4 months to load in my CDs... I miss you Katie K. One year without you!

Feb 25, 2005 - al & kathy kennedy
Thanks to everyone that came to the Feb 19, 2005 Memorial Event. We are astonished by the turnout of friendly faces, and from the feeling of seeing you all hanging out with us. I am most impressed by Kate's friends and classmates. Having you guys be a big part of our events is our goal. The 2005 scholarships will be announced this Spring, and will be recognized at the Kate Summer bash on July 16, 2005. We hope you will all make a point of being there for the fun, food and music. We thank you guys for keeping in touch with us, please do, even if you end up far away. We will always have a place in our heart for you guys !!!! All of the bands were great, but MIR is my bet for "most likely to make it big".
I hope they find me worthy to go on tour with them...
